THE PORSCHE EFFECT
Has anyone gone to see The Porsche Effect exhibition at the Petersen Museum in Los Angeles? Is it worth seeing? Comments?

Saw it opening week. It's been labeled the best collection of significant pcars outside of stuttgart. And for good reason. I spent 6 hours there. Could have spent two days.

Yes! We went opening weekend and had a blast. Wife is not a car nut but she really enjoyed the whole museum. And I managed to snag one of the limited run commemorative posters to frame for the garage.

Three Wheelin'
I was there last Sat. The Porsche Effect is a nice exhibit that takes up most of the 1st floor. A lot of Porsche history, videos, streaming commercials, the outline of the 911 throughout the years, the LM cars, the employees constantly telling you to step back from the cars as you peek over the ropes to get a better glimpse inside. Those of you that are visiting, I also highly suggest going to the PEC LA as well.
Also Seeing Red (the Ferrari exhibit on the second floor) is still there so each floor has it's own treat of automotive history. The Vault Tour was amazing and a definite must see.
To top is all off, be sure to check out Wirtshaus in the area for schnitzel and bier.
