What are the next potential parts that should be replaced?

I currently have an 01 Cab with 85kmiles (things that I did replace are IMS bearing, RMS, AOS, expansion tank, fuel pump, water pump, cats, drive belt, brakes). Just don't want to do all these maintenance any soon...

out of the items you named, the only one i can be sure you're not doing is the IMS bearing. the rest really depends how well the previous owner treated the car, if he/she stuck to the suggested maintenance schedule, etc. Scanning the forum, the AOS seems to be fairly common, water pump is a definite, expansion tank seems to be hit and miss, cats a little less so, fuel pump doesn't seem to be a huge problem on 997.1 cars, and belt/brakes are regular wear parts.
