How does the harness attach to the bar?

The shoulder belts wrap around and secure to the horizontal cross bar directly behind the seat harness slots. Hip/lap belts and sub mounts vary depending on what harness configuration you choose.

Thank you for sharing this information. RSS makes very nice product like motor mounts, suspension...
Just to clarify that this is NOT a rollbar with rollover protection but rather harness bar just like you have mentioned which is very similar to Tech-equipment Porsche bar. All due to mounting to small 7/16" seat belt bolts. I wonder if this bar provides any advantages over classic Brey Krause like R-2029 which takes 20min to remove.
