Skaggs Springs Road is well known here and there are a number of YouTube vids of the sportbikes that haunt that area. Rockpile is the name of the viticultural area just south and west of Lake Sonoma.
So glad this round of fires is mostly out. Now if October behaves we'll be good.

Ah, I have Skaggs Springs bookmarked. How is this area now? Is it all still blocked off? As far as I can tell, the only serious fire still burning is in Mendocino, but I wonder if the heat this weekend will cause flare ups.
