Default Help: Steering rack leak

Took all the underbody panels off and found that both ends of the steering rack by the tie rod ends; the boot covering it is covered in oil.
Looks like i have a leaking steering rack. Small leak and there is no oil dripping on the plastic tray or on the floor.

No weird noises or groans but the steering does feel a bit 'lazy' or vague.
Power steering fluid level also does not have any visible change.

Is there a rebuild kit for these or am i better off replacing the whole unit with a new/rebuilt part? 2010 C2S

Pics below of the driver side leak, passenger side is leaking as well but was hard to access for a picture.

When my front shaft seal was seeping, there was more oil then that and it was also evident on the belly panel, yet there was no significant oil level loss in the front diff. C4S

PS fluid is a dark green. Red is coolant.

Its not a big leak, very minor and looks like its just starting. It is certainly from the steering rack and not the coolant.

Its a C2S so no front diff either.
