Default Brake wear sensor electrical diagram

Hi, does anyone have or know where I could get an electrical layout of the brake sensor circuit as I have the fault up all of the time yet all pads and sensors are new,,,??? Regards mark

I would check the sensor wire connector . When all the pads were replaced perhaps one wasn't snapped in correctly?

Check your sensors. I don't know about a diagram, but the sensor is just a closed loop circuit. You can short it with a paperclip and defeat it if you want.

If you're getting an error, it just means something isn't plugged in or a sensor is worn down and wasn't replaced.

Default Do I need to change brake pad sensor?

If I'm changing the pads and rotors before the brake pad warning ever went off, do I still need to replace the sensors?

I bypassed mine. I bought a set of sensors, soldered the wires together to close the circuit and used high temp shrink wrapping to protect it.

I certainly appreciate your reply, I’m not sure if that answers my question however. Does anyone know if I can reuse the sensors?

You can re-use the sensors if they were not triggered (no brake pad warning)...
