Default Oil temp question

I have a 06c2s 6 sp. my wife and I drove it to Reno last weekend and climbing up 80. For outta towners starting at sea level and the summit is about 7,000 ft. Going up 80 mid day a/c on and running about 80mph I saw oil temps at 225 and maybe even one needle width above so maybe 230. As soon as I started the descent into Reno it was at its normal like 210-215. It's 150 mile trip one way. Will the 3 rd radiator up grade help this??? Are these normal temps?? Thank you Mike...

Higher altitude has less dense air which means it won't cool the radiators as much so you see slightly higher temps. Going up hill also adds additional load on the engine.

There is nothing wrong with the temps you posted so I don't see the need for 3rd rad. However, it would help if it concerns you or your have money to burn.

Perfectly fine. For street driving even at hot environment there is no need for extra radiators or low temp thermostat. Just change slightly more often oil, cooling, gear oil.. if constantly running around 225F. I wouldn't go above 240F at street oil. Clean your side radiators.
