Default 997 turbo remove Navi and CD Changer

Hi,

ive searched high and low but didnt find a concrete answer.

ive removed my navi and cd changer off 997 turbo.

Do i need anything other than to program via PIWIS
*Delete cd changer
*Delete navi

currently
1. system error saying unable to detect cd changer and navi
2. radio doesnt work

appreciate any advice
