Default Installed new window regulator, now window doesn't roll all the way down

Installed a new passenger side window regulator. One of those jobs that would go twice as fast the second time.

Got the window aligned fine. Rolls up all the way. Drops down to open/close the door. But if I try to roll it down all the way, it stops about 2 in short of all the way down.

I presume I have to "teach" it the down location. Tried the hold the switch 10 seconds trick (If I'm doing it right) and that didn't work. Suggestions?

Thanks

I think I have to remove the boxter/cayman "stop"!

That was it. For the next guy who finds this thread, you have to do this BEFORE you install the new regulator. It's nearly impossible to do once its installed!
