The car only has 24k miles. That low very mileage and being a one owner car more than justifies the asking price.
Will need plugs at 30k miles, that job is a pretty easy DIY. I would not consider needing tires to be an issue at all.

Thank you Carlo. Just trying to get the opinions of the turbo guys on cost,benefits etc. This is the first turbo I am considering, don't have the knowledge base I have with the NA 996.

Because of its very low miles and one owner this car is a borderline collectible. The only thing keeping it from being a full on collectible right now is the Tip trans.
If you are buying this car to drive it I would suggest you save yourself some money and find another Tip with higher miles.
If you are buying it to keep as a collector car the only draw back is because of the Tip trans it will always be worth a bit less than a manual car in equal condition.
