Sounds like a low mile summer driver in a good color combination. I think a tip vert is a good combo if one already has a 3 pedal car or wife needs a grocery getter.

My advice is go kick the tires and light the fires. Road test. Road test. Road test.

'course with you in Cape Code and the car in Cincinnati that's a problem.

Not in tune with the market on 996t. Tires are 10+ years old and 24K miles it will need plugs soon. (Correct? ). Is the price reasonable?

Not sure what you mean by "not in tune"?

The car only has 24k miles. That low very mileage and being a one owner car more than justifies the asking price.

Will need plugs at 30k miles, that job is a pretty easy DIY. I would not consider needing tires to be an issue at all.

Thank you Carlo. Just trying to get the opinions of the turbo guys on cost, benefits etc. This is the first turbo I am considering, don't have the knowledge base I have with the NA 996.

"in tune"
having a good understanding of someone or something

Now understand.

Because of its very low miles and one owner this car is a borderline collectible. The only thing keeping it from being a full on collectible right now is the Tip trans.

If you are buying this car to drive it I would suggest you save yourself some money and find another Tip with higher miles.

If you are buying it to keep as a collector car the only draw back is because of the Tip trans it will always be worth a bit less than a manual car in equal condition.
