While it sounds way too complicated for my use, I'm very interested in your front plate setup. Do you happen to have pictures? Is it a custom solution for you/by you or is it sold by someone?
About rolling the windows up - I'm usually a very level headed businessman and I can negotiate my way into or out of anything. But I think I must have black and white fever, because when it comes to cops I get nervous and freeze up.
Robert - my tint is 20% titanium (semi-reflective silver looking).

Beverly Hills is a son-of-a-gun, my car was parked on La Cienega and Wilshire, while I was conducting business at the Flynt building. Plenty of time on the meter, and when I came down, I had a big fat ticket for no front license plate
I guess that is just Beverly Hills.
