.9 bar on stock non x50?

.9 bar on stock non x50?
I have an 02 stock turbo, non x50, and occasionally it'll show .9 on the OBC. I know the internals are okay with that, but do I have to worry about it running lean at that boost level?
There is no tune, the car doesn't act funny, I don't get any warning lights, and it'll stay at .9 for a second or two, then bleed down to .8. I know .7 is normal, and I have no issue with it hitting .8, but is .9 something to worry about?
The realistic part of me is assuming that the computer knows what its doing and to just let it do its thing.
Thanks

When my non X50 car was bone stock it would hit and hold. 7 bar. .9 bar sounds awfully high for a bone stock car.

So you need to provide more info. What were the ambient conditions (how cold was it?). What altitude? What type of fuel? What gear did you see the spike in?
TMK, the stock K16s will produce 0.7 +/-0.1. A rare, random spike is not very meaningful.

Around "town" at close to sea level to approx. 500 feet above sea level under optimum conditions my 2003's boost can reach and maintain for a few seconds -- longer than if the reading were just a "glitch" or "spike" -- 0.7 bar of boost.
However, at higher elevations the boost has reached -- not spiked either -- 0.8 bar even 0.9 bar. The time I remember best was when I was driving in Wyoming on the freeway at around 8K feet above sea level. Even at 8K+ feet above sea level (albeit with 93 octane gasoline in tank rather than the 91 I have to run here in CA) the car accelerated like a scalded cat.
So if you tell me that under very hard -- pedal to the metal hard -- acceleration possibly up an incline and at some elevation the boost hits 0.8 bar even 0.9 bar and the engine doesn't manifest any untoward behavior and the CEL remains dark then I'm of the opinion that what you are seeing is normal.
But if you tell me that under less optimum conditions you see the boost level reach 0.8 bar or 0.9 bar and only for a brief time or the engine in some way acts up that's probably not normal.

Good point(s) Macster, I failed to state "@ Sea Level".

at least we're consistent!
