Actually, that's not all... there is also a subframe that you need to buy to support the new dash.
FYI, I don't think it's worth it.
1) The '02 and newer dash actually adds weight to the car
2) The GT3 RS street version, which is not coming to the States, is actually using a pre-02 dashboard with, you guessed it, NO GLOVEBOX! Why do you think? Because it actually saves quite a bit of weight!
