Default Probably rediculous at this point, but...

I am already thinking about my next Porsche. My lease will end in october, 2006. I have been toying with two options - of course, no one really knows the performance/power figures of the next generation turbo:

1. Get a next generation turbo
2. Get a pre-owned 996 turbo and with the money saved do a Ruf conversion.

Any thoughts?

Eh?! Possibly one of the most bizarre questions on the board for a while, but judging by the header, you know that.

Only suggestion I can think of......

Since there will always be a next generation on the way, does this mean you never buy one?

Hey Folks.....

I'm closing this thread and deleting some of the posts contained in it.....

Let's be honest - Rennlist is getting pretty big, so not all the new folks are "Members" - and you know what? At one point in time - neither was anyone else..! However, this topic was posted as a realistic question - not a post to incite Flames...

While I appreciate everyone's support for Rennlist as a "Rennlist Member" - let's not lose sight of what Rennlist is all about, OK? It's about folks assisting other folks. My guess is that's what the value is in the Membership - not turning the new folks away or discouraging them.....

My Best to all,

John D.
