Default Craigslist X50 What do you guys think?

https://losangeles.craigslist.org/ws...311516171.html

What do you guys think is a good price for this car? He has been sitting on it for a VERY long time. I actually saw the car about 2 years ago when it had 33k miles on it, at that time seller wanted 42k and I passed (which I don't really regret, got a great deal on a 997 Turbo with 6k miles).

What gives? Why cant he sell? Especially having the X50 package.

55K is asking big money. That's what a low mileage S would ask.

because he's at the very least $10,000 over what the car is worth and who the hell advertises that they put Hankook tires on a $130,000 car?!?

That's why. Lol

My car had hankooks too, and mismatched with the front, even. I guess that should have been a giveaway.

These guys seem to enjoy them, and I bet their car is more than $130,000

It's near me, but it was $52.5K in the Spring. Just keeps going up.

I am sure I am in the minority, but I like the color combination. I had a black and can can red interior '86, but there was more black to break up the red. I bet the color combination isn't helping sell it....

It has 10,000 more miles than my non X50 2003 and they want $9K more than I paid. Are the X50 cars that much?

I saw a silver one that had a darker red interior when I was looking and it went pretty quick. This interior looks too orange for my liking but someone will miss their old GTI or 88 e30 M3 exterior color and want to look at this while driving.

My choice would have been a black with can can interior but I've never seen it on a 996 turbo, yet. I did see a dark green with tan on eBay last year this time when I looking and they were on the high end of prices then.

And yes, the X50's are certainly that much more

8 years ago an x50 option added $3.5-4K to a total loss payout from a k16 car. they can't be worth any "more" now. they are "laggy" to boot lol.
