Default service for a 996tt and 993tt

Thinking of getting a 996tt or 993tt How hard is it to do my own spark plugs and other service stuff? Also whats the service schedule like.

I can't speak for the 996 tt, but here's info for the 993TT.

Typical service intervals, 15K, 30K, 45K ,etc. You should play on doing oil changes every 5 K miles.

Most of the stuff you can do yourself. Check out http://www.p-car.com/diy for more info. There are great articles on that site.

The plugs are a PITA, but not really that hard once you've done it before. I gather I can do plugs in about 2 hours now.
