Question 996 TT spare collapsible tire

Hi guys (and ladies), I just joined and I am enjoying the very informative discussions. I have had an 1986 Targa like forever and I still don't get tired of it. But I just acquired a 2004 TT (996) convertible and I am thrilled (and respectfull of it). Here is the question: the TT does not have a spare donut. It has the tools, the jack and the space for the tire. It has to be a collapsible as a Boxter's spare will not fit into the space for it. I have two different part numbers and would like to find out which one is the REAL one.

996.362.120.03, size 185/60-17 or........

996.362.150.00, size 165/70-16

Any info will be appreciated since I am tired (no pun) of driving without a spare.

Help!!!!

Ricardo

The owners manual states "Vehicles without Ceramic Composite brakes use T165/70-16. Vehicles with Ceramic Composite brakes use 185/60/17"

Hope this helps.

Thanks a bunch. I read the manual but don't recall finding the part # of the spare. Your answer is VERY helpful since I located that collapsible size but I was affraid to buy it. I don't have the ceramic breaks.
Thanks again!!!
