Dude- wake up & step away from the crack pipe.
Look at the weld build up & uneven narrow primary tubes etc on the oem units.
Gee, why does every single Porsche factory race car & all others have larger merge collector headers?
Gee, Guess they want to have less power?

Statements like yours are just plain stupid. Keep them to yourself.

To my knowledge, 996/997 Cup cars do not have merge collector headers. Those are factory Porsche race cars if I'm not mistaken.

If you want to post on an open forum be prepared for comments like mine. And please grow up! You can make your points without insulting others.

Please show data to support your headers actually do anything...

Cup cars are under different regulations. They can not change anything.

I am talking about ALMS/Le Mans/Rolex 24 hr cars etc.

Pretty much what everyone (except those that sell AM headers naturally) will tell you... You can search all day long but I doubt you'll find anyone with data showing gains on AM headers. At the end of the day, if aftermarket headers make you happy, then that's all that matters and no one can take that away from you.
