The brake and clutch pedals (not shown on the picture) are titanium with titanium lever arms. One could also surround the pedal surfaces with carbon fiber. Alternatively, one could make the entire brake and clutch pedal assemblies from carbon but, given the stress thereon, the pieces would need to be rather more substantial than the originals.
