Default 997.2 GT3 RS replica wing for 996 Turbo

All,

I purchased this from Wicked over the winter but I'm not going to use it on my current 996 Turbo since I have it listed for sale. I may use it on my next one but I wanted to see if anyone wanted to buy it.

The retail pricing from wicked is right under $4k and you need another $350 for a strut, grill, and 3rd brake light that are required from Porsche for a 997.2 GT3 RS which i'm also including.

I'm looking to get $3650 total for the entire setup. Shipping should be cheap via Greyhound or private uhsip carrier. You're body shop will have to trim out a portion of the underside to feed air to the factory air box location. It should be a prep and paint affair aside from that. Your stock under cover with fan ports over prior to final assembly.

PM or email at newnode@mac.com if anyone has any interest...

Al

Interesting, I'd like to see some pics of it installed on a 996 turbo - so you can see the whole car. GLWS

Agreed that it's a very aggressive look. The nice thing is that you can customize the color of:

-The uprights (raw aluminum currently) - You can do matte black, body color, painted light or darker grey, or even polished

-The blade end caps - You can do body or accent color

-The blade itself - I ordered carbon fiber which is what you would see on a 997.2 GT3 RS but you would see it painted body color with a porsche logo (available on pelican for about $75 last time I checked)

Lots of options...

I have seen this car on the road and it sounds and looks just incredible!! And the color is awesome...my neck is still sore from the double take...
Good luck with the sale.

I think this wing has great potential. The pictures in the ebay listing just doesn't do it justice with its tacky orange end caps

Is there a place to install a fan on this?

You transfer your black plastic shroud which the fan mounts to over.
