Rear 140 NM/mm
I think that is around what 500/800 or so
I drive around some of the Hamptons windy rear roads, a private windy housing estate and do some straight away sprints
I will probably track later at Pocono but their course is quite basic so I will not need stiffer rates I think
I did this y'day, edited down 30 mins into 3

Sounds like you are on the standard springs that come with the kit as I am too. My question is about the stiffness of the adjustable dampening, how many clicks off full stiff front and rear?

I should add that aprt from the 3 roads I do my pulls on all of the roads in and around me 30 miles either way are CRUD, bumpy, pot holed pieces of crap so I could go to less stiff settings but I like the cornering now... I did get very scared at high speed when I had to round a slight bend and hit some uneven marked road and got a little squiggly but my main problem is the 5 yr old Potenzas on my car not the Ohlins.
After a few months I will do a detailed honest assessment of my car and mods etc

I have been running on 25 clicks from full soft to give the springs a bit of a workout to make sure all settling is done before I go in for another alignment and have been scraping a bit on random dips, I would probably recommend 14 clicks from full stiff which was what I was running on when I picked the car up from the installer. I am going to the track next week and will report back again!

Another track report: Took the car back to the track and I ran the front at full stiff and the rears at 2 clicks from full stiff and it performed well, but I still experienced a lot of body roll. I will perhaps tighten up the sways, but I am still with the guy a few pages back that suggested a stiffer spring. I will live with the current setup as I am not into taking the car apart to swap the springs and valving but would recommend this before anyone starts the process the first time around.

I would not run the shock at either the full stiff or soft end of the spectrum. I've been told by several good sources that the shock looses efficiency at the extreme end of the adjustment range.

rs10,
I replied to your PM but in case you miss it, I never ended up getting them. Sorry!

powdrhound, what spring manufacturer do you recommend for the uprated springs? I am looking to so some autox/de and street. Would the 1100/1200 lb springs do well for that, or should I look for even higher still?
Thanks!
Thanks!
