Talking Alignment Help Needed

I also posted this on 6spd, but would like to solicit input from here too...

I am trying to resolve excessive inside wear on my rear tires. I put on PS2s (315/25/19, sitting on H&R coil overs, at a a "one-finger" gap) about 2k miles ago and they are pretty worn out in comparison to the rest of the tire. I did some searching and some recommend dog bones and/or control arms, some didn't; case by case. I got an actual alignment when I got these tires (2k miles ago), and here are the readings.

If raising the car higher will solve most of this wear, how high do I need to go? Dog bones or control arms? Can someone help me pin point what actions I need to take to correct my inner tire wear? Thanks!

Here's the alignment numbers for my factory stock 03 Turbo. Tire wear is quite even.

Macster- I don't think I can achieve those numbers with stock suspension components + coil overs (at my current height). I sou;don't mind raising it up a little bit higher, but don't want to go back to stock height

Instead of raising the car up maybe you need to consider adding suspension components that have the range of adjustability needed to bring the alignment settings to the sweet spot for superb handling/road feel and acceptable tire life?

Yea, I don't mind adding components, but my question, after reading multiple threads, is what components? Some say dog bones and some say control arms.

You might check with a senior tech at say Rector Porsche. Pete maybe and ask if he has any advice.

Or give SharkWerks a call or visit and ask what suspension components they recommend.

Or visit the web site and look/read up on the 996 Turbo projects. Here's a link:
