Welcome to Sportec… I would go there again and give them a piece of your mind! Even though I'm sure that you have done that already! Or just go with another tuner… I would recommend IQ Sportgarage for a custom tune if you are looking for someone within the country. Had my RS6 V10 tuned there. VERY happy.

I hope you can find a solution, in case something is actually wrong!

I think I'd look at my sparkplugs as an indicator rather than the color of the exhaust tips. But I'm old kind of school sometimes.

not so easy to pop them out on a TT, mine have been renewed though

Right. I always change mine, so I'm aware of the drill. I guess for my own peace of mind I'd check myself rather than paying someone else's husband to do the work. Not judging...just my own preference.
