FS: Brand NEW Nitto NT01 tires 315/30/18
I have a brand new set of Nitto NT01 315/30/18 tires. These were purchased from Discount tire last month but I ended up switching tire sizes and will no longer need these. These were never mounted. $580 for the pair shipped CONUS. I also have a pair of Nittto NT01 235/40/18 with 15 heat cycles on them about 50% life left. I can throw these in for an extra $100 shipped. This combo is a proven AWD safe set up on the 996TT as the tires are the same diameter, fronts 25.39" and rears at 25.35".
The 315/30/18s are the lower left tires with the used 235/40/18s on top of them (only one tire visible).

FYI - ^ $580 shipped is less than $296 x 2 = $592 shipped.
Are those sizes for OEM rear wheels (yes, I'm being lazy and not checking myself)?

Yes, those are standard 996 GT2 size tires and will fit on any 18x11-12 wheel. Many guys run them on factory Turbo 18x11s, I prefer 12s. The 235/315 combo has the same diameters and thus is AWD safe. Hope that helps..

I know several guys that run them on OE wheels without issues. They might rub if your camber is super benign but at -1.5 to -2 or so no problem. You must make sure the fender liner bracket is nice and snug against the intercooler hose because if it gets bent in a little than the tire will rub the liner there. Sometimes you have to remove the liner , take the bracket off and prebend it before you reinstall it so that it pulls the liner snug against the hose. 315/30/18 on OE wheels is a proven combo done countless times. Do a quick search and you'll find plenty of guys that run this on 996TTs without any mods.

My camber is -2.6 that is the least I can go due to the height. I was told I'd have to raise it or get control arms that are more adjustable. I'll look into if there is a problem with the liner bracket. Thanks

While there, take a look at your fender liner bracket and you will see there is room there between the fender liner and IC hose that you can gain by making sure the bracket is snug against the IC hose. The better solution is to just install the GT2 brackets which are much shorter and attach to the liner half way up the side and pull it against the hose. Your gain an instant 1/2 to 3/4" right there. The GT2 and TT rear liners are the same part with different part number on the GT2 sticker. The GT2 liner has a hole up the side for the screw. My car has all the GT2 liners on it and I run a rear tire that is 26.4" tall (over 1" taller than the 315/30/18) and have plenty of room and no rubbing. You can see in the pic that the car is pretty low. Hope that helps..
