i do mine in my garage. 10 filters in bulk buy 97$, 10 sets of crush washers for 14$ and oil at wally world in mobil 1 5w-40 tdt for 26$ per gal. 63$ total. of course i do have a lift and a 8 gal drain container! takes me longer to inspect everything underneath while its draining than to change the oil

When I do my own oil changes, I just back my Turbo (or Boxster) onto the ramps. Too much work raising the car with a jack.

You must have higher car or lower ramps but yes that would be better/easier. I guess I should look into new ramps lol.

Just plain old Rhino ramps. Nothing fancy. All I did was to make sure they had the right weight load limit and fit under the back of the Boxster. When I got the Cayman they fit. (The fit under other cars I've owned too.) When I got the Turbo I tried them and they fit. Barely, but they fit.

The ramps do not fit under the front of any of the Porsches but I do not care.

Yes the Rhino ramps are nice and I believe you can get extenders for low cars. I had a set up with two by twelve's attached to ramps for my 928 that worked well also. I plan on putting a lift in at some point but until then I will look into Rhinos. Thanks

That is a lot of tire, you got most of it lol. Thanks for the pic I'm going to get a new set of ramps, there is a type that has extenders for really low cars= just gotta find them on the net.

I use regular ramps, but I jack the car up and put the ramps under the rear tires.
