Must be pretty rare, I think yours and this yellow one are the only ones I have ever seen. But maybe I just didnt notice them before.

not so much. i saw more of them on the 993 turbos guessing porsche wanted to use up the older spoiler so they made it an expensive option!

It shouldn't be hard to track down the owner. There is PCA sticker in the window...check with the local club here.
