I need to get another OBD2 scanner. My generic one does not read live data and my datalogger from Kevin is what I generated the graphs above with.
I reset the CEL yesterday, about 20 miles earlier than the car is at now.
Thank you neanicu !
Drive the car!
DO NOT reset the CEL under any circumstance!

OK, I have not been driving it because I did not want to damage the cats if my fuel trim was off. ( I have 200 cell Fabspeed cats, guessing they would be expensive)
When I replaced my sparkplugs and coils last week I unplugged the battery for 30 min and reset everything.

"Drive the car" is something I can do!

You are correct about the possibility of damaging the cats, but you should be ok driving it for a few miles city/highway combined so you can get some readings from the Short and Long fuel trims,as long as your CEL is not flashing...I hope that's not the case...then you would need to stop driving right away.

My CEL will flash when I put the engine under load at lower RPM's (like doing 80 on the intersate)
I have no issues cruising at 45mph though.

If your CEL flashes don't drive it.
See if you can get the fuel trim readings I told you about so we can figure out if the misfires occur due to fuel/air mixture.
Since they're occurring on one bank only,I'm starting to suspect they might still actually be related to the ignition system.
Also, you've mentioned the 200 CEL cats...how long have you had them? Do you have a tune?
A clogged cat can cause misfires across the board on one bank too. Even though the downstream O2 sensor is there to monitor the cat's efficiency and if there's a problem will throw a code. I believe it's P0420.

The car was modified when I bought it.
I went back to stock tune about 10k miles ago. I swapped to the aggressive tune for 2 miles to see if I still had the misfire. Still did so I went back to stock

Ok,those numbers are not bad. Post the Short term as well.
I believe you said you were experiencing misfires on cylinders 1 to 3,that means bank 1.
Anyway,it looks like the computer is pulling fuel away because it's experiencing a RICH condition. That means not enough air is getting in the cylinders. How's your air filter? Is it stock?
Have you cleaned your MAF? Disconnect your MAF and drive it in the exact conditions when it was misfiring and see if it'll run better.

Also, I noticed when in 6th gear and accelerating slowly the car does fine up to 2900 RPM then misfires right there. Did it twice. Then tried it in third. Same thing at 2900

It sounds to me that your car misfires right around the RPM when a stock tune starts building up boost.
You might want to check the operation of the Turbo on that bank : wastegate, diverter valve. How's your boost at WOT?

Boost gets up to .7 bar
My tech gave me 2 diverter vales to swap out and try as well as an O2 sensor if I need it this weekend.

0.7 is perfect for stock tune.
A bad O2 sensor will influence your Short and Long fuel trims and those numbers can be off.
Keep us posted.

The car was at idle then. If I revved the engine they would go near zero then down to -7 and up to +4
