Default problem with sunroof losing memory

Hi Guys, everytime I shut off the car my sunroof loses its memory. I can reteach it and it goes through the learning process correctly but then loses memory when car is shut off. Does anyone know if the circuit board is in the switch or the motor. thanks Mike

The sunroof has a one-touch open and close program. If yours does not do this then the memory is erased and you have to go through the factory relearning process. Kinda like going back to the 3rd grade.... Mike
