Consolidation
We have a 04 Seal Gray x50 Turbo cab w/~26kmi and a 05 Carrera White 997.1, both in extremely good condition. I'm thinking about either selling one, or possibly both and getting a newer Turbo. I'm quite familiar with values of 997's but not so much with the TT. I'm certain most will say keep the TT, which we may do, if not I would like to know what you guys think, $60kish?

$60k is a good price for a one owner, clean PPI, Turbo X50 Cab. Other options can add to asking price (Natural Leather, X73(sport suspension), wheels, brakes, quality clear bra, etc). All maintenance and records up to date, all manuals, all keys, "clean Carfax", no issues.
For the 05 997.1, pry $45-50, depending on options, mileage, and similar history.
997.2 Turbo would be the way to go if you were to sell both. Prices for well sorted ones
997.1TT, 08's are in the $75-80k and up ( coupe). $85-90k for 09 +...

Does your have the PCCB. It will be interesting to see what the TT goes for. I think its more likely in the 55-57K range vs. 60K. Thats what I was seeing when I picked mine up a few months back. Mine only had 9K miles on it and had a full fidelity warranty with it.
