I read where Bruce Anderson of Excellence...
has passed away after an illness.
Don't know if this is kosher but here's a link:

Bruce's tech question and answer section in Excellence was the first thing I turned to. Anything else that had his name listed as a contributor was the second or subsequent thing I turned to.

Just saw this, and it is sad indeed. I interacted with him a couple times on technical questions and he was VERY helpful, even when he didn't know me from Adam.
