Default Thinking about puchasing a 03 996 RUF Turbo

I am thinking of adding a 996TT to my stable, I currently have a stocl 96 993TT with only 14k miles and thought it would be nice to add another P-car.

Let me know what you guys think about this car, does anyone know anything about it and what do you think about the price

Thanks in advance

You ask me, I would say too much money especially when you can have a low mileage 997 TT for mid 70's.

If you can get this for high 50's then fine otherwise I would get a newer car with 100% improved interior.

Thanks

Looks like a very fair price considering the mods. The breaks alone justify the markup.

It doesn't scare me off either. Modified cars (Ruf or other) are only worth what value someone is willing to assign to the exclusivity.

That being said, I like Al's car better because it has more of the Ruf body parts. I'd pay a premium for a Ruf that looked like one, not a car that looks like a GT2.

A car like that is hard to value. It is unique and the RUF name has value. It's not a bad deal if that's what you are looking for.
