Default Frozen clutch/brake pedal at cold start

Assuming hydraulic leak of some sort. Everything normal once running. Is this something that will deteriorate? Big expense? Thanks in advance.

frozen brake pedal!? wtf.

stiff clutch pedal, ok after startup, is the clutch accumulator.. next in line to check is the slave, as 32crazy has said. look for leaking from the reservoir under the bonnet, driver's side. if it's migrating there, the slave could be bad too. they work ( when they do ) in tandem. shared system. "common" issue ( uh oh, here we go lol )
