Default stolen wheels/tires

hey all - someone stole my street tires from my apt garage last weekend and I thought I'd post here in case anyone sees them. 18" Turbo Twist Hollow Spoke, gloss black powder coat w/ Michelin PS2's off of a 996TT. Turbo crest center caps.

Please PM me if you see them.

Thx,
Tim

Keep an eye on Craigslist and eBay - sorry to hear about the theft, if you have a renters insurance policy - it may cover this incident, and FWIW - a set of OEM 996TT wheels and PS2 tires are worth a lot of money retail (via dealership / tire center)

thanks everyone. Still haven't recovered the wheels/tires. I was at the track when they were stolen, so at least they didn't steal the car or my track set. :-)

The good news is that USAA insurance really stepped up. +1 to USAA.

Tim - that sucks.

I had a road bike (bicycle) stolen from my sister's garage years ago. I paid $300 for the bike used. Because it had very high end components on it, the replacement cost was $2,700. My uncle handled our insurance and said I was entiteld to the replacement because my sister carried replacement cost insurance rather than actual value. You might have a shot at making yourself whole again.
