HRE wheels are custom- a given "540" can have vastly different offsets. With the serial number off the wheel, HRE will give you the specs over the phone.
I guess maybe you are asking "can you convert the factory offset wheel from a 997 C2S to fit a 996TT with spacer" as a first pass? I dunno. But those are 19s right?
