Pics of trip NC to FL
12.5 hours tops, not counting time wasted in Sams in Jax and overnight stay in Savannah.
I was a bit tired since being up at 0400am to catch the flight to Raleigh.
Car was running an efficient 25 mpg's at the start, but as the speedo kept climbing past 80-85+ mph, mileage dropped to 23.5mpg
without further ado, some quick picks.
Nothing scenic since it's pretty much flat lands the entire way.
getting essential gear loaded up at Dell's home.
my ride along partners. 2 TR front wheels. the rears are way too big to even go in the frunk or alongside these.
First stop for gas was in Sumter, SC...pic coming on the Iphone. shell Premium was $3.41/g. not bad. I think I told Dell 3.37, my bad.
Second stop was in Savannah at my cousins place. nice and safe near the house. G''nght.
Then onto a stop at Sams club in Jax to renew my membership. Also received two free boxes: Macadamia / Double chocolate Chip cookies and a $10 gift card( promptly used at the gas pumps!) $3.45/g .

Then onto fuel in Fort Pierce, FL
$3.55/g
Safe at home; no roadkill, no large obstacle hit. I should have snapped a few pics when the FHP stopped me; but I was less than 40 mins from home and never even got out of the car. dang!

Hey, I live in Sumter. I could have met and said Hi. Dell actually helped me with TT procurement with advice on PPI in Raleigh and I couldn't be happier with my car. Im sure you'll love yours. Welcome to the fold!
