Default Nitto NT-01 track day pressures

For a 996 TT modded to 550hp, stock suspension with as much camber as OEM will allow (not much).

New Nittos on today - going to the track tomorrow - what are good cold temps? Hot temps? Front and Rear?

Thanks!!!

Your goal is to shoot for 38-40 hot all around. But the second you cross over 40 it's like skating on greasy hockey pucks. Too little pressure and the side walls will roll. I found that starting around 26 was a good starting point and then coming in to the pits 1/2 way through the session with a buddy on the hot pits wall to check for me. Have them all bled down to 38 if they went over and then after your session when they are 100% cool you'll get a better idea what your starting pressures at each corner should be when the pressure drops to cold levels.

If you can't get somebody to check for you and you check when you come into the pits you don't want more than about 34 all around as you will have EASILY lost 4-6 psi on your cool down and drive into the paddock.
