Default RUF wheels on a 996TT

Does anyone have RUF 18's on their 996TT? Today I tried to put my 18" RUF wheels from a 993TT on my 996TT. The rear spacers worked fine but I ended up needing front spacers as well so we had to take them off the car. They look a bit under sized for the car but look amazing on the 993. This is probably because of the 4x4 stock ride height and I have read the consensus on fixing that (PSS10's).

So - my question:
Anyone out there have RUF 18's on their 996? If so what spacer did you use on the fronts and rears? Please send a picture if you have one. Right now I'm leaning towards putting them back on the 993TT or selling them and looking for a set of 19's for the 996. I also wonder if I got the proper spacer and lowered the ride height if they would look great.

As I said, I know nutin' about those wheels, just saw the pic on the Internet and saved it as part of my 996 photo cache. But judging by the sidewalls I'd guess 19".

Sure look like 19s. And I've never seen RUF wheels in 18"...

RUFF wheels are on the heavy side but are one of the best looking wheels out there.

The only thing I don't care for and it's me is there is no recessed lip on the rears. If it were to keep the stock Turbo hollow wheels or spend the money on the RUFFs, I would keep the stock. Just my opinion. For the money the Ruffs don't add that much difference over the stock wheels.

RUFF - Rough
Ruf - Roof

Ruf 18's might look a bit undersized on a 996tt

AFIK, all Ruf wheels are made to fit narrow bodied cars, so a 25mm (1") spacer is required on the rear. Ruf generally supplies that spacer with the wheel.

I found out the hard way RUF 18" also require a spacer on the front if mounted on a 996TT. I also agree with the previous post - 18 is under sized for the 996.

For looks only, never performance.
