I remember a post in the UK where the guy found out once he took the tyre off the rim, there was water inside. This caused an imbalance when he was driving, tyre fitter just gave up and put the wheels on the car after TRYING to balance them. Could this be why it is not as bad during the afternoon, when it is warmer and some of the fluid has evaporated? Could you take a wheel off, or spin one while the car is on a jack to see if you can hear anything? Just a thought?

Interesting idea, but I'm on my second set of tires / wheels. Same problem. I also have a very competent tire/wheel balance guy and he hasn't had any trouble during the balancing process.

One less thing to worry about when you have a good standard of fitter. Good luck and keep us posted with the progress.
