What is a microswitch cover?
Is it that little yellow tab that sits inside the switch?
Reason I ask, is that I just had the spoiler hydraulics replaced on my 2001 and was told by the installer that the new (used) setup I purchased didn't have one and neither did the one on my car they removed. He said he was concerned about water damage without it.
Should I worry? Where can I find one if its a big concern?
