I was very similar; dreamed about owning a 911 starting from my early high school years. I was 47 when I bought one.
Did you have your Turbo delivered, or did you pick it up and do a road trip?

Dock, I had it delivered from Florida to North Texas. I met the guy driving the truck and had about a 50 Mile drive home...greatest 50 miles of my life!

What part of Frisco are you at, poor side (35) or rich side (34)?
I'm off of Preston just south of Eldorado. I haven't been driving mine as often as I'd like to, but honk or wave if you see me in my Seal Grey w/ GT3 wheels and exhaust!

Cool deal! I've been known to cruise around Best Buy and Chick-Fil-A off of El Dorado. Will probably be there after work today to look at the Motorola Xoom. But I won't be in the Turbo though. :-)
Let me know if you plan on getting an exhaust. I've got a Milltek and I'll be happy to meet up and you hear it. I'd let you drive mine so you can check out the GIAC tune, but mine is not an X50/Turbo S.

DMac225- I just got my red beast a couple of weeks ago, and looked at yours as it was for sale at the time I was shopping. It looks awesome, and it was on my list, but you bought it pretty quick after it was listed. Never thought I would end up with guards red, but am lovin' it now! Congrats

Thanks! Yes, I learned my lesson about how quickly you have to "move" with these cars. I have lost two of them I wanted because I wanted to "sleep" on the decision. I saw this one and knew it was the car for me. And yes, I never thought I would have the flashy Guards Red, but I love it! My neighbor calls it "Arrest me Red!" Ha Ha! Radar install today at 2PM!
