What exactly is covered in leather for the full leather package on a 2004 Turbo Cab? The reason I ask is that I was ordering new center stack AC vents because mine are light gray and I didn't think that would look good with the medium carbon I am going with on the rear and center console. I was also going to have the hazard and ignition rosettes painted along with the side vents and airbag trim pieces.
When ordering the parts guy helpng me asked if I wanted plastic or leather covered vents? WTF!
Sure enough, the slats in the vents appear to be covered in gray leather.
What else would I assume to be plastic, but is also leather? I don't think I would want to be painting over leather
Full leather is included with EVERY Turbo. It is a $0 cost option unless you have natural grey +$1500, natural brown+$1500, boxster red $450, or cinnamon +$450. But it is all the same covered surfaces except seats since there were a few seat options.
If you have "Leather Interior Package" +$3K or "Leather Package Small" +$1.2K then you have the add-on which will get you the vents covered in leather not to mention a laundry list of leather wrap items.
Great info. Where did you get that? I have the original window sticker and do have the CUR - PCM Leather Package T at $1,495. I'd like to figure out what else is covered in leather.
