I have a set of Ruf lowering springs for sale. Were fitted on my 2004 996 TT and used about 2,200 miles. $400 plus shipping from Vancouver.

"Finally - it is extremely bad form to jump into someone's For Sale thread and post a similar item that you too have for sale. Show some courtesy and get a friggin' clue."

Not my words just a copy and paste from Randy V

I'm interested in the new ones - but not until early August. + 1 on the garage - looks good. * These are the Turbo specific springs, right? (The C4S springs have a different part number - R96 3http://www.rufauto.us/ruf/index.php?...159&Itemid=21400 333 10.)

Those you reference are for the C4, not C4S. C4S and TT have same suspension.

I ended up having them installed last week along with an alignment, so no longer for sale! I'd recommend these to anyone, great look and great ride without harshness.

Thinking about getting a set of the RUF springs - still liking the ride a year later?

Yes, still loving it. I highly recommend these springs, no issues whatsoever after about a year.

Hey Tony! Is that you? That garage looks real familiar but I remember it with the Rturbo... Hope all is well!

CT- how do you find the lowered height when it comes to driveway approaches and such?

Hi,

You just have to approach everything slowly, and try to go in at an angle. Initially I scaped the lip spoiler a few times (nothing a metal woodworking file cannot clean-up), but now it has not really happened in months. It is more embarrasing when that happens than anything. I guess you just have get used to it.

How do they feel at speed? Any coil-bind issues?

They are great, no bottoming out or binding that I have experienced.
