Pulled bumper cover off - the problem is more severe than I first thought. It is definitely a hole (or several) in the Big Radiator - Driver's side. The hose is fine....what I was seeing was accumulation of the antifreeze dripping onto the hose.
So I have the cover off - how do I get the damn radiator off? This looks to be somewhat of a pain without raising the car.
