Perhaps you mean bead blasted and refinished? Sand blasting can easily ruin alloy wheels. If you care about your wheels I'd have a pro perform this work. They can be restored to like new condition or pretty much whatever you want. Price can vary a lot depending on your desires and the processes used. A pro will provide a quote so you know exactly what you are and are not getting for your money.

www.rimpro.com has always done a great job me. Wheels come out looking new. Expect to pay $150-200 per wheel.
