Moving to Oz from NZ
Ok take the car or not, I bought my 04 blue turbo in Feb this year it has 32000kms on the clock, I paid $105000 NZD for it. Looking at prices the cars are more expensive in OZ but I have to consider the taxes and shipping all info is found here http://www.customs.gov.au/site/page4371.asp and what a rip off it is. What do you think?

if you intend to keep the turbo for quite a number years, definitely bring it !
if you intend to sell or trade it within a few years, you will die in the @ss when you see how little you will receive for it.
the AUS market is EXTREMELY biased against personal imports.
something else you may also need to be mindful of is - the length of time you have owned the car prior to importing it.
there is a minimum 12 month period of ownership. they are very rigid on this.
which part of AUS are you moving to ?
