It's a works bell(japan) unit. It includes hub CF paddles wiring and airbag light fuse. You keep the oem wheel clock just have to bend the tab. Other than that no modifications. The paddles are adjustable. You can push then inward for a smaller wheel or move them outwards. It looks like the kit goes for about 600 nowadays. I think I paid more when they first came out.
You can buy any steering wheel that's a 6 bolt with the bolt pattern like above. I didn't like 350mm wheels.
The above picture is a 320mm size wheel and is very thick...better grip and the smaller wheel makes turns a breeze. Horn button is ebay. They go for about 30 bucks. That was the only place that sells a horn button that is black/silver.
I can take more pictures if you need.

^^ yes tunersgroup. you order through them and it's shipped from factory in japan. It usually takes about a week or so as they stock them and ship express.
