Hi Folks.

I think I may have finally found the right 996 Turbo Cab (car is in Houston at a BMW dealership)

I'm looking for some help checking out the car, as I live in Ohio.

Does anyone know this car? And, does anyone have a shop recommendation for a PPI? I am looking for firsthand knowledge with the shop.

Wife is making me sell the Boxster S and 944 Turbo S, but I think I'll survive.

grayman a very good person for PPI in Houston is Viking Sjovall who used to run the service dept at West Houston Porsche. He has an independent shop and does many extremely thorough PPI's. He saved me about $7-8k on the purchase of my 993tt. You can contact him directly at 832-250-5995

BTW North Houston is a respectable dealership so that is very much in your favor. Roger Gay is the sales manager there and an excellent person to contact for purchasing

Akram at Moterwerks is a very good person to get the PPI done with.

Thanks for the response and your help. I spoke with the service manager at Porsche of North Houston and it sounds like they do a fairly extensive PPI.
