Over the past month or so I have noticed a clicking sound as the passenger side window reaches full open and at full closed. The window operates smoothly and shows no other signs of problems. It gets to the very end (both at the top and at the bottom) and makes a *CLICK*. It is annoying me and thought before I start tearing into the door I would enlist the help of my Rennlist brethren (or at least my 4th cousins ).

 

My passenger's window makes the same sound when going down, but not when going up. The sound started when I removed the felt pads interior to the door (removed because I got tired of the round spots they always left on the window).
