Default Advice on Gemballa wheels/rims

I'm looking at a set of used 2-piece Gemballa Competition in the below sizes and ET.

Front: 9x18 ET40
Rear: 12x18 ET28

Rear ET seems low but I'm sure one of you guys can answer that better than me.

Ciao Johannes E.

Hej Johannes,

I was also interested in those wheels so I test fitted my GT2 wheels with a 18mm spacer which should be close enough (ET27). Appearances aside (to me it looked horrible sticking out way too much) I'm not sure it can be made to work, I guess it depends on ride height and alignment.

Yes, that's what I thought as well, that ET28 on a 12" wide rim would stick out way too much.
