Default Stainless Steel Clamps - WTB

hi all looking for a place where i can buy some good stainless steel clamps for exhaust pipes. local exhaust shops do not have quality stainless steel clamps. all they have are the standard u bolt types which oxidizes very easily.

thanks..

I think what you are looking for are 2.5" V Clamps? They are about $12 each. I purchased 6 for use with my FabSpeed MaxFlo system and they work great. Other than heat tarnish they are fine.

The v band clamps have a 1/4" grade 2 bolt that's only rated at 15 ft lbs TQ........get some OEM porsche 996 c4s tailpipe clamps, they have a case hardened steel 18mm bolt and will never loosen and fail like the v-bands tend to do.

I'm interested in these V-band clamps also. To use them, the ends of the pipes must be flared. How difficult is it to properly flare the pipe ends?
